At Pertrain, our first responsibility is to the end user of our products – learner, candidate, trainer, assessor. In meeting our client's needs we strive to create innovative training resources at a reasonable cost and provide ongoing support for our clients by continuously improving our products to meet their present and future needs.
We are responsible to our employees and partners and endeavor to provide a safe and healthy work place, opportunities for professional and personal development and a good work-life balance. In return, our employees and partners adhere to Pertrain's Code of Conduct and perform their duties to the best of their abilities, in an ethical and accountable manner. We expect our employees and partners to come up with innovative solutions to issues that arise and to support each other and our customers to implement these solutions.
We are also responsible to the communities in which we live and work. We will strive to be good citizens and as an organization will support good works and charities. Pertrain makes regular charitable donations and favors local charities and those that have a specific relevance to the industries in which we work.
Of course we have a responsibility to our company owners and shareholders. Businesses must make a sound profit. To do this we will commit to researching best practice in our industry, experimenting with new ideas and being innovative in our service delivery and our products. At all times we will conduct our business in an ethical and accountable manner.
