It is often underestimated how much time and effort is required to design and develop a quality training program and resources.  In most cases the easier something is to read and understand, the harder it was to write.

At Pertrain we specialise in developing quality training material that adheres to best practice adult learning principles and is fully compliant with Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) principles and industry standards.

Pertrain training material is designed according to REAL directives from industry and is:

We develop all resources with the target audience in mind and are aware that cultural differences and language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) issues can affect the way a person learns.  PT’s cartoon style graphics have been proven to overcome some of these barriers, supporting the text in a clear and entertaining manner that can be easily understood.

In addition to custom-designed training programs, Pertrain offers a series of generic training programs that can be purchased ‘off-the-shelf’.
