Performance Training Pty Limited has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since January 1, 1998.  Initially we became an RTO to reassure our clients of our ability to provide quality training resources and to reinforce their confidence in our products.

Over recent years, the purpose of our RTO has expanded resulting in a division of the company into two seperate businesses. Performance Training Pty Limited continues its RTO services while Pertrain Pty Limited continues to specialise in creating training resources. This expansion was necessary to meet client demands for a full range of vocational options including competency and licencing requirements. SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) is a widely accepted set of technical standards for the creation of online training, or e-learning, resources. SCORM compliant content will operate with any SCORM compliant Learning Management System (LMS). Pertrain can create training resources and inductions that are SCORM 1.2 compliant and will upload seamlessly into your LMS.
