TAFE students get the new TAKE 5 booklets- Monday, February 27, 2012

As a part of the new national workplace health and safety harmonisation, Stirling Hinchliffe the Employment, Skills and Mining Minister announced that TAFE Queensland will introduce new health and safety resources for it's teachers and apprentices. One of these resources was the 'TAFE Take 5' booklet.

Pertrain worked with the Queensland VET Development Centre to rebrand the Pertrain TAKE 5 booklet which will help apprentices identify workplace health and safety issues.

Every TAFE Queensland apprentice (around 30,000 in total) will receive the 'TAFE Take 5' booklet, to be used as a 'takeaway' from the classroom to real life situations, assisting them in assessing potential hazards on the job.
