Training Resource Developer/Procedure Writer
Performance Training is specialist training and assessment resources development company working within the mining, civil construction, power generation and gas industries. We require career minded professionals to compliment our training resource development team.
This full time position is based on Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Applicants must have:
- excellent command of the English language;
- demonstrated research abilities;
- ability to analyse and interpret data then present information in a logical easy to understand format;
- ability to draft documents suited to the target audience (particularly LLN needs);
- excellent attention to detail;
- ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts in writing or visually;
- demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and meet tight deadlines;
- proficiency in Word and using computers;
- a willingness to learn;
- a desire to work as part of a team of dedicated supportive professionals; and
- a sense of humor.
Applicants with the following attributes / backgrounds will be viewed favorably:
- industry experience (training / education)
- trade or appropriate university qualifications
- TAE (Cert IV) qualification
- experience in procedure writing
- current working knowledge of VET, AQTF, AQF.
